Concepts for events

Virtual Olympics is a spectacular team-building competition for groups going from 20 to up to 500 persons. It uses simulators and Virtual Reality systems supplied by AniMotion, which also takes care of the competition follow-up, referees, rules for the competition, etc.

How does it work ? Depending on the needs of the customer AniMotion designs a competition with a numer of machines depending on the number of participants and teams and the time available to run the competition. Simulations available are e.g.: skiing, snowboarding, boxing, jet-ski, clay-pigeon shooting, golf, rafting, mountainbiking, football,... and possibly also some sports which do not really exist in reality. We can also integrate a lasergame in the competition.

The players are divided into a number of teams with their own names. Each team also has a captain. In a first part of the event all participants can play freely on any simulator they like. After a certain time (e.g. 90 minutes) the teams need to have found out which player(s) will represent them on the various simulations. The captain writes this down on a list. Then the competition will start. The selected players go to the simulators they're selected for and do their test. The AniMotion operators keep track of the results and give the lists with the results to the competition referees. These results are put into the computer and there are the results ! We can also keep track of the situation althrough the event and show them on a big screen or monitor network. Very often we have an animator with a wireless microphone to comment the event. Sometimes we also give the teams the possibility to use one or two jokers. On the events with the joker they will get double points.
For smaller groups (from 10 to 30 persons) the Virtual Olympics can be held on an individual basis (not with teams).

Watch the broadcast of a major racing event (Formula1, Rally, moto-cross, superbike,...) on a large screen installed at your location and try if you can do better than the real pilots on our simulators.

A play corner for children with nothing but cyber-animations: game-displays, rockn'ride simulators, kart-stadium,... Great fun for the kids for at an very affordable budget and with an operator included.

GPS-Adventure means that you send one or more teams into "the nature" guided by their handheld GPS. The GPS indicates the direction that must be followed to reach a number of points. And perhaps they have to make decisions on which way to go or which strategy to follow to reach these waypoints. At the waypoints they might have to do some tests or find answers to certain questions before they can leave to the next point. Depending on what you want the GPS-adventure can vary from a quiz to an obstacle race with many smaller or bigger obstacles.  

Go City Go ! goes for GPS-guided adventure/tours in the city. You can send one or several teams on a route into the city by use of the GPS. At a number of points they have to do a test, or find the answer to a question. This gives you a superb mix of a team-event and tourism. We have not only the GPS-systems but also ready made routes for a number of major cities.
